Project narrative

On August 27, 2008, the Chinese government provided Ethiopia with a $400,000 grant for food aid. Gu Xiaojie, Chinese Ambassador to Ethiopia, and Mai Kongneng, Minister of State for Economic Development of Ethiopia, signed their handover certificates on behalf of their respective governments.
