Project narrative

According to the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ethiopia, the Tianjin Education Delegation, headed by Zhang Junfang, deputy mayor of Tianjin, donated a batch of office and teaching equipment worth 800,000 yuan to the Ethiopian Vocational Education College in December 2008.
