Project narrative

On June 25, 2013, the Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan and South Sudan's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation signed an exchange of letters in which China pledged humanitarian aid to South Sudan. The aid pledged consisted of supplies and training, but the exact supplies that it included are uncertain. The total cost of the aid is also unknown.
