Project narrative

In June 2010, ZTE began teaching a computer science and information technology training course at the University of Addis Ababa. The duration and value of this project is unknown. According to the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, ZTE trained 300 engineers and IT technicians in Ethiopia before 2010, and planned to freely train 2,000 information technology-related talents for Ethiopia in 2010.
