Description

On July 22, 2010, the Chinese Consulate in Juba held a reception for over 30 government officials who had received training in China. The officials came from Southern Sudan's Ministry of Health, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mines, and other government departments. The exact nature of the training and when it occurred is unknown. The beginning of the training is unclear.
