Project narrative

On April 1, 2015, China's ambassador to Gabon Sunji Wen attended a signing ceremony in Libreville for the National People's Congress' donation of office equipment to the Gabon National Assembly. The Chinese ambassador stated that this donation was to support democracy in Gabon. The project concluded with the handover ceremony of the equipment on April 1, 2015.
