Project narrative

On September 18, 2006, the Chinese Government and the Government of Madagascar signed letters of exchange related to a donation of agriculture equipment. On October 24, 2007, the Chinese Government t officially handed over 30 tractors and other equipment to Madagascar’s Ministry of Agriculture to fulfill the commitment.
