Project narrative

The project implementation agreement was signed on August 18, 2017. In 2017, the Chinese government helped to conduct a feasibility study related to the drilling of 200 boreholes in Madagascar. The boreholes would be used to construct wells that would provide the people of Madagascar with better access to drinking water. Linked agreement to build 200 wells in Madagascar (#60826).
