Project narrative

On November 21, 2011, representatives from Tanzania's Ministry of Finance and China's Ministry of Commerce met to sign a number of letter of exchanges. One such letter included a donation of vehicles worth RMB 36 million. These vehicles will be used by the Julius Nyerere Conventional Centre and the Government of Tanzania.
