Project narrative

On March 18, 2016, the Chinese embassy in Madagascar held a seminar training people to run customs. The seminar also introduced Malagasy airport workers to Chinese passports. The objective of the seminar is to help facilitate economic and trade cooperation between China and Madagascar.
