Project narrative

On October 9, 2015, a Refugee Skill Aquisition Center (难民营技能培训中心) was established at the New Kuchingoro IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) Camp in the suburbs of Abuja. The Nigerian Refugee Skill Aquisition Centre was launched by the Chinese Embassy in cooperation "尼日利亚州议员联合会" , the National Association of State Assembly Legislators of Nigeria. The project aims to provide 400 women and youth living in the refugee camp with technical training in sewing, hairdressing, soap making, and generator repair.
