Project narrative

On May 15, 2015, the Chinese Government donated 12 ambulances to the Nigerian Center for Disease Control in Abuja. The ambulances were meant to support the Ebola response activities 12 hospitals in six major regions of the country. The Secretaries of the Nigerian Center for Disease Control and Ministry of Health spoke at the ambulance delivery ceremony. Only 11 of the 12 ambulances were ultimately handed over as one was damaged during the delivery process.
