Project narrative

On 24 August 2012, the Chinese embassy in Madagascar held a send-off ceremony for 28 Malagasy students who won China-sponsored government scholarships to study in China for the 2012-2013 academic year. This is representative of China's long-term effort to provide educational opportunities and tighten cultural and intellectual exchanges between the two countries.
