Project narrative

On September 17, 2018, ICBC Indonesia contributed IDR 366 billion to the IDR 8.8 trillion syndicated loan for refinancing of the Cikampek-Palimanan Toll Road. This loan will refinance the loan facility provided in 2012 for the construction of the Cikampek-Palimanan Toll Road. The loan carries a 15 year maturity. All other loan terms are unknown. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) acted as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, facility agent, and collateral agent. Sarana Multi Infrastruktur and Bank Mandiri were lead arrangers, Bank Panin and Indonesia Infrastructure Finance were arrangers, and Bank BJB, Bank DKI and Bank ICBC Indonesia were participants.
