Project narrative

On April 29th, 2010, China signed an Exchange of Letters for Teaching and Office Furniture in Matauta Primary School ("中国向萨摩亚援赠马塔乌图小学部分教学和办公家具的换文") with the Samoan Government. Matautu Primary School (also known as Mata Utu Primary School), was constructed by the Chinese from 2009-2011 (see Record ID#49681).
