Project narrative

In 2013, the Chinese Government gave a $1.3 million grant Government of Samoa for the construction of Sapapali'i Primary School (also known as 萨帕帕里小学). Shanghai Construction Group was the project implementer. This is part of a group of 4 primary schools throughout Samoa funded by Chinese aid and built by Shanghai Construction Group. The project included the construction of a two story building and 16 classrooms. The handover ceremony occurred on November 2nd, 2013.
