In June 2018, China Petroleum Technology and Development Corporation (CPTDC), a state-owned enterprise, provided a USD 25,000 loan to Petrotech Servicios Petroliferos Ltda., a Brazil-based wholesale supplier of industrial products and machinery. The loan's borrowing terms and purpose are unclear. The Central Bank of Brazil lists the loan registration (ID TA833541) as complete.
