Project narrative

On 30 November 2011, the Chinese State Councilor decided to sponsor 200 Namibian students to study in China from 2012-2016 (40 students per academic year). In 2014, 40 Namibian students traveled to China through this scholarship program for the 2014/15 academic year. The value of each scholarship as well as the start and end dates are unknown.
