Project narrative

On June 5, 2013, the Chinese government donated agricultural supplies, including tractors and plowshares, to Cambodia. Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Pan Guangxue and Cambodian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Zeng Shilun signed a handover certificate in Phnom Penh, confirming that Cambodia has received the batch of agricultural materials promised by the Chinese government. The supplies arrived in Sihanoukville, Cambodia ("援柬农用物资交接证书在金边签署").
