Project narrative

On July 27, 2017, the governments of Equatorial Guinea and China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for a 100 million yuan grant donation. The grant was to be used for the acquisition of buses, the maintenance of the buildings of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Malabo as well as the delegation in Bata, and the defense sector.
