Project narrative

On September 14, 2018, the Chinese Embassy pledged to donate 200,000 NAD to St. Boniface College, a private secondary school, in Kavango East Province to spend on textbooks. It is unclear whether these funds have actually been disbursed. At the same ceremony, a number of Chinese Ambassador Scholarships were awarded (#67765).
