Project narrative

On April 7th, 2007, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Sok An and Governor of China's Yunnan Province Qin Guangrong hosted the signing ceremony of a donation agreement between Chinese and Cambodian governments, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. According to the agreement, China's Yunnan province will donate fax machines, computers, printers, and generators worth 1 million USD to the Cambodian government ("Yunnan expands economic co-op with Cambodia").
