Project narrative

On November 25, 2002, the Ethiopian minister of state for finance and economic development, Mekonen Manyazewal, and the Chinese vice foreign minister signed a 10 million ETB agreement for cooperation in human resource development and capacity building. The statuses of the projects are uncertain.
