On February 17, 2009, letters of exchange were signed between Ambassador Cheng Shuping and Vanuatu Foreign Minister Bakker Kartongga for a two-year-long Table Tennis Coaching project to Vaula (or 第七期乒乓球教练项目). This is the seventh table tennis coaching project and the sixth project has been captured in project #62863. Another coach was sent in 2013 and is recorded in #39249.
