Project narrative

On December 13, 2012, the Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy, Fan Xiaodong, signed a handover certificate with Ms. Thorpe, the Chairperson of the Sierra Leone National Election Commission to donate materials for the general election, according to the Chinese Embassy. The Chinese project name is "中国援塞拉利昂大选物资项目". According to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, this project was implemented by Guodian Materials Group Co., Ltd.
