Chinese Government donates 162,007 tons of urea fertilizer worth $55.03 million to North Korea in 2018 (Linked to Project ID#63061)

From May 7, 2018 to May 8, 2018, Chinese President Xi Jinping met with North Korean Kim Jong-Un in Dalian, China. By October 2018, the Chinese Government had also donated 162,007 tons of urea fertilizer worth $55.03 million to the Government of North Korea (captured via Project ID#63132).
