Chinese Embassy donates guide sticks to National Organization of the Blind of Equatorial Guinea (ONCIGE)

The purpose of this project was to donate guide sticks to the National Organization of the Blind of Equatorial Guinea (ONCIGE). The ONCIGE headquarters is located in Malabo in the neighborhood of Sampaka, on the Basupú highway, between Andoga and ABC, in front of the psychiatric center (Mental Health Hospital) and the new hospital. Malabo is the capital city of Equatorial Guinea and the province of Bioko Norte. It is located on the north coast of the island of Bioko.
