On March 3, 2009, Gao Zhifeng, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, attended the donation ceremony of 5 generators to the hospital of the Equatorial Guinean Ministry of Health by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC).
