Project narrative

From April 5th to 6th, 2006, the first China-Pacific Leaders Forum was held in Nadi, Fiji. At the forum, Tonga Prime Minister Dr. Feleti Sevele accepted a Chinese grant worth 20 million RMB. This grant may or may not be the first disbursement of a larger, overall grant for 12 million TOP signed at the same forum (recorded in Record ID#37636).
