Project narrative

On 21 December, 2004, Chinese Ministry of Commerce Bidding Committee of Foreign Aids Projects selected CITIC International Cooperation Co., Ltd., which is 100% held by the Chinese SOE CITIC Group Cooperation Ltd., as the contractor of an unspecified raw material donation project to North Korea. The raw material donation project to North Korea was opened on November, 30, 2004.
