Project narrative

On 4 September 2006, representatives from the governments of China and Uruguay signed an agreement regarding a 10 million RMB donation. This donation was handed over to Uruguay to support small commercial and productive enterprises. The Central Bank of Uruguay (Banco Central de Uruguay) associated AID Account Nº 2006/1 with this donation.
