According to a ‘Summary of Planned Transmission Lines’ published by the Asian Development Bank in 2017, China Eximbank agreed at least in principle to issue a loan for the 115kV Nam Mang 1-Tha Bok Power Transmission Line Project. The purpose of this project is to construct a 12km power transmission line that runs from the Nam Mang 1 hydropower plant to Tha Bok (Thabok). It is reportedly being designed and implemented on an independent power project (IPP) basis. No additional financial or implementation details were recoverable.
