Project narrative

On November 28, 2000, the Chinese Government provided an RMB 52 million concessional loan (No. 31/TDNN – TDTW) to the Government of Vietnam. The borrowing terms of the loan are unknown. However, it is known that the Government of Vietnam on-lent the proceeds of the loan to Cienco 6 Corporation to facilitate its acquisition of construction equipment
