Project narrative

On July 18, 2003, the Chinese Embassy granted 10,000 Kina in cash to a sub-health center in the Baiyer River Lumusa electorate in the Western Highlands Province. A later media article listed the amount as around K30,000. The official amount is recorded for this project.
