Description

On January 13th, 2016, the Chinese Ambassador, Xie Bohua, a ceremony was held for the donation of musical instruments to the Vanuatu Mobile Force (VMF) (or 捐赠瓦机动部队乐器). The VMF is the paramilitary arm of the country's police force. The ceremony was also attended by 30 officers and soldiers, including the Mobile Band Commander. These instruments are intended to help the Vanuatu Mobile Forces military band renew and upgrade their instruments, and help the military band to better rehearse and perform for major events.
