Project narrative

On September 29th, 2006, 20 sports coaches and 4 interpreters from the Chinese coaching team arrived in Apia, Samoa. In total, 22 coaches were sent in preparation for 2007 South Pacific Games, which enabled athletes to receive training free of charge. They were hosted by SASNOC, the Samoa Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee. On September 12, 2007, the Chinese Ambassador held a farewell party for the coaches returning to China.
