Project narrative

On March 17th, 2015, the Chinese government granted their first relief package through the Chinese Embassy following Cyclone Pam, which hit Vanuatu on March 13th and 14th (or 向瓦政府捐赠首批紧急救灾物资). The relief package included "4,250 kg of rice, 115 boxes of bottled water, 204 boxes of canned fish, 224 boxes of instant noodle, 4500 pieces of clothes and shoes" ("The Friendship of China and Vanuatu, Not Weakened but Consolidated by Cyclone Pam").
