Project narrative

In 2008, the Chinese Government gave a gift of computers and office equipment including televisions, projectors, printers and photocopiers. However, the computer operating systems were not able to be used because they had not been configured appropriately for Niue. They were donated to help support the Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting in August 2008.
