Staff comments

This project is also known as the Kolonia-China Friendship Multipurpose Gymnasium, the Kolonia Multipurpose Gymnasium, or the Kolonia Sports Center. The Chinese project title is 科-中友谊体育中心. The Chinese government financed this project but the official commitment date is unknown. AidData assumes that the project was financed with a grant since no Micronesian government sources record the provision of a loan. The commitment year is set to the year (2017) in which construction began.”
