Project narrative

In June 2008, the Chinese Embassy donated 22 swivel chairs to the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia. By the time the handover certificates were signed on 29 July 2008, all of the chairs had been delivered. The value of this donation is unknown. Although there is no explicit evidence of when China committed to this donation, AidData assumes it was sometime in 2008.
