Project narrative

Based on the release from the Ministry of Commerce and Invest in China, the Chinese government provided funding for the Burma Agricultural Machinery Factory Extension project (also known as 援缅甸农机厂扩建项目（设备物资）). On March 13, 2006, Suzhou Hengrun Import & Export Corp. Ltd (a private company) won the bid and become to be the contractor. However, the form of Chinese assistance was unknown.
