Project narrative

On Nov 12, 2012, Chinese government donated 6 sanitation vehicles to Vientiane, Laos. Chinese Ambassador to Laos, Jianguo Bu, represented Beijing during the ceremony and the Secretary and Mayor Sugan Mahara accepted the assistance vehicles on behalf of the Vientiane Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
