Project narrative

On February 22, 2018, the Chinese ambassador to Guinea, Bian Jianqing signed handover certificate with Kanny Diallo, Guinean Minister of Planning and International Cooperation at the Yimbaya warehouse to donate 3,596 tonnes of rice to the Guinean Government. The value of these rice was 30 million RMB (or about $5 million).
