Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On January 27, 2016, China granted 100 million Kips in emergency assistance for freezing disasters to Laos (or 就老挝部分地区遭受低温冰冻灾害向老挝政府捐助援款). Due to the cold wave and rain and snow freezing weather, some parts of Laos have suffered from historically low-temperature rain and snow freezing disasters, which have greatly affected the local people's lives. The purpose of the donation by the Chinese Embassy is to make effort and express the feelings when the Lao side is in trouble..
