Project narrative

On August 15, 2017, an orientation and farewell reception was held by the Chinese Embassy for 33 Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Scholarship Students. The 33 students were granted a scholarship to study in China during the 2017/2018 academic year, of which 10 were granted Hainan Provincial Government Scholarships, part of a commitment of 50 scholarships (captured in Record ID#65037).
