Project narrative

In 2014, the Chinese Government provided aid for the Renewal and Maintenance of National Culture Center of Laos Project (or 援助老挝国家文化宫更新维修项目). The 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd of Minerals was the implementer. The construction started on March 14, 2014 and was completed on May 25, 2015. The project involved decoration and fitment engineering, installment of air-conditioners and stage lights, roof maintenance, etc. This project is linked to Record ID#64380, the construction of the center in 1998; and Record ID#64374, the first renewal of the building in 2010.
