Staff comments

This project is also known as the North Section of Pak Mong-Na Teuy Highway (No. 13) Restoration Project. The total cost of the project was RMB 270 million and the MOFCOM grant and interest-free loan were likely denominated in RMB. However, AidData has only identified USD estimates of the monetary values of the grant and interest-free loan.
