Project narrative

On December 15, 2003, the Jordanian Planning Minister Bassem Awadallah and Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Chen Yong Long signed four agreements, including a handover certificate for the provision of RMB 5,000,000 to the National Information Technology Center (مركز المعلومات الوطني) in Amman.
