On April 20, 2017, the Vice Premier of China's State Council, Liu Yandong, donated 20 Confucius Institute scholarships to Jordanian youth studying at the TAG Confucius Institute in Amman, Jordan. From July 1, 2018 to July 11, 2018, twenty Jordanian students from TAG Confucius Institute in Amman participated in a summer camp hosted by Shenyang Normal University in China.
