Project narrative

On October 16, 2012, Shi Yunfeng, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Togo, and Togolese Minister of Health, Kondi Charles Agba, respectively, signed the China-aided Togo medical equipment and medical supplies agreement and handover certificate in Lome on behalf of the two governments.
